Combat tracking is connected
Initiative, HP, damage, conditions, targeting, and log feedback live in the same encounter workflow.
D&D 5e VTT
Lumen VTT is built around D&D 5e play: character actions, spell targeting, saves, damage, healing, conditions, initiative, and the moments that make combat feel alive.
Lumen helps resolve common 5e combat steps while leaving choices with the GM and players. The workflow is meant to support play, not replace table judgment.
The VTT includes systems for spell targeting, area templates, condition tracking, concentration, damage types, saves, and field effects, giving 5e combat more structure than a plain shared map.
Players can interact through character views while the GM controls the encounter. A live table view can show the party, turn order, critical rolls, and combat moments to the whole group.
The same campaign can support remote play, hybrid play, or an in-person table with a shared display. That makes Lumen practical for groups that do not play the same way every week.
Initiative, HP, damage, conditions, targeting, and log feedback live in the same encounter workflow.
The GM keeps control while Lumen handles repetitive math and state tracking.
Remote, hybrid, and in-person groups can use the same campaign surface.
Lumen VTT is an independent virtual tabletop and is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or Dungeons & Dragons.
