Forged on the ethereal plane by a lonely siren who wanted to keep hold of conversations that were already over. As a bonus action the wearer whispers a word or phrase up to five words long. For the next minute, the next time they speak it aloud, a ghostly echo repeats it in their own voice. Epic, requires attunement, 12,000 gp. It is a roleplay item first — a signal between thieves, a password left in an empty room, a dead man's voice coming out of someone else's mouth — and it pays off at a table that likes talking more than one that likes damage.
